Honest pay for an Honest days work

My name is Bill Reeves a writer for an employment conservative  advocacy blog.  Today's economy has created a situation where many people of mid age has had to regroup and seek employment in environment they rather not.  Executives working at filling stations.  Car manufactures working in fast food franchises.  This is the state of our country.  Honest people looking for a honest buck to pay bills and not end up on the street.
As a conservative I am for the businessman to have freedom in the county.  However I am also a advocate for honest workers who are tired of all the hoops and ladders they have to go threw just to get a simple job like flipping burgers to supplement their income and stabilize their life.  Whether it be the only job or a second job it should not be so hard to get work.  This is fast food. People we are making a sub not making art no matter what subway wants to portray it.  Time for workers to stand up and quit licking the dirt our of our face they keep kicking.  Will we work hard?  Sure.  Will we come in on time?  Hell yes.  Will we out work those young kids who are in charge?  Absolutely.   Honest pay for an honest day's work.  It's time we over forty are not ashamed what we have to do to put meat on the table.  It's time we took back the job market.
Sure the economy has made it a buyer's market but we have dignity and even in these times should not have to go on our knees to beg for work.  We are Americans and dam it that means something still to our generation at least.
Recently a person wrote to me about his attempt to work in a local Dunkin Donuts in Florida.  That once he answered a question that he was over forty he could not be hired.  The application halted there and told him he did not qualify for the job.
I find you disgusting that he was shot down just because he was a hard working honest worker because he is forty three years old.  He is more than qualified to be a counter worker.   All he wants is a job to keep the utilities on and a home for his mother living with cancer.
How dare they age discriminate like this.  I will blog, You-Tube, Tweet, and Face book you until they and those like them change their ways.  Its time companies like this are made accountable for your abuse of online job applicants and the present economy situation to exploit workers.  Honest pay for a honest day's work that is all we ask for.
